Ravshan Mardiev completes professional Training programme in Japan

LOYAL Managing Partner Ravshan Mardiev took part in a professional training programme for Uzbek lawyers in Japan. The participants learned about the Japanese legal profession and justice system and met with representatives of Japan’s professional legal community.

From 21 to 29 November 2024, Ravshan Mardiev, Managing Partner of LOYAL Legal Advisory and attorney-at-law, took part in a professional training programme at the Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice of Japan.

The programme also brought together lawyers Zafar Tukhtashov (ESTE Law Firm), Ne’mat Sherdonaev (Force in Justice Law Bureau), Feruzakhon Kurbonova (Farg’ona adolat timsoli Law Bureau), as well as a group of representatives of Uzbekistan’s justice authorities and notaries.

During the programme, the participants explored the structure of Japan’s legal profession and justice system, learned about the work of Japanese legal institutions and exchanged professional experience with Japanese lawyers.

The programme included meetings with representatives of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, the Japan National Notaries Association and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Justice of Japan.

For Ravshan Mardiev, the visit provided an opportunity to learn more about Japanese approaches to the organisation of the legal profession and to exchange professional experience with members of Japan’s legal community.
